A concern I hope management will address. This is one of our favorite places to eat, and we drive about 50 minutes to come here, so it’s not easy for me to leave a negative review. I’m sharing this because I genuinely enjoy this restaurant and want to see it continue to do well. We visited today around 2:30 PM and were seated near an area where I had a clear view of the prep station. While we were eating, I noticed two employees in the front area who were very lively and seemed to be having a good time while cleaning. One employee was sweeping the floor, while the other was cleaning/wiping down the prep station. I then ordered two sushi items from the ordering screen. While watching the preparation, I noticed that the employee preparing my food appeared to be wearing the same gloves she had been wearing while cleaning and wiping down the prep area. I also observed her adjusting her clothing and touching the side of her nose with the back of her gloved hand, and she continued preparing food without changing her gloves. I have been here two separate times and Shaun has been excellent🥰 He communicated with us while we waited for a seat so since we came at dinner time he asked us if we would like to order anything else before they stop making sushi for the night which was very considerate. Even when he was busy with other tables we didnt feel neglected due to his great customer service! Definitely one of my new favorite spots here in Euless i hope everyone enjoys this place! Food is delicious and everything i dreamed of especially the atmosphere:) Thank you guys for giving us dinner tonight🙏 We are only a couple of 18-19 yr olds who live by ourselves so thanks again for making our night easier!🩷🩷🩷

First time here. Decided to try it for lunch. I think the quality of ingredients used were pretty good. I took advantage of their special today which was eel, my favorite. 3 piece for 3.70. The handrolls I ordered were huge, almost the size of my fist. Will definitely be back to try other items.

This is my FAVORITE Kura 🥰 There are other Kura restaurants closer to us but we go out of our way to come to this one. It's always clean and the staff are always accommodating. Our last visit, Rickey gave us top notch service! He checked on us a few times and was super friendly. The rest of the staff had a positive attitude and it created a very welcome, relaxing atmosphere. The salmon and yellowtail are my go to and are always fresh.

Definitely not a ramen place- my fault for going to a sushi place for just ramen and gyoza. Wish there was a steamed gyoza option, but the ramen itself- there are about 4 options to choose from (when we went, we were told they were out of Miso ramen)- bummer. Nevertheless, wasn’t a fan of the taste of my ramen at all, nor the extremely small portions. I should’ve known something was up when I saw the ramens were $11. Other than that, the screen which you use to order on is extremely sticky- gross, and there were several technology issues with the screen at our table. They have you order drinks as well on the screen and then a robot delivers it (extremely slow) seemed counter productive. Took forever and when we wanted a refill, we just ended up leaving as it took so long for this process. I won’t be returning but hey, maybe their sushi is good. Oh and the gyoza was super small.
